Trevor Eastwood

Mr Eastwood joined the Wesfarmers group in 1963 and after holding a number of management positions in the group was appointed Managing Director of Wesfarmers Limited and Chief Executive of Westralian Farmers Co-operative Limited from 1984 to 1992.

Mr Eastwood was appointed a director of Wesfarmers Limited in August 1994 and elected chairman of the board in December 2002 from which he retired in 2008. Mr Eastwood has been a director and chairman of a number of listed companies including Qantas Airways Limited, BankWest West, Australian Newspapers Holdings Ltd and is currently a director of The WCM Group Ltd. 

He has held various seats on State and Federal Government Councils and is a fellow of Curtin University, The Australian Institute of Management and Australian Institute of Company Directors. In August 1989 he was named Australian Entrepreneur of the Year and in June 1990, WA Citizen of the Year for Commerce and Industry.


Erich Fraunschiel

Mr Fraunschiel’s career began in finance and investment banking leading to senior executive positions with Wesfarmers Limited, including ten years as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director.

Mr Fraunschiel currently holds positions as Chairman of Lumley General Insurance Limited and Wesfarmers Federation Insurance Limited, as well as director of Woodside Petroleum Ltd, Worley Parsons Limited, Rabobank Australia Limited, The Hoyts Corporation Pty Ltd, The WCM Group Ltd and The West Australian Opera Inc.

 

Steve Egger

Managing Director

Mr Egger has been directly involved in the management of property development projects in Australia and abroad for more than 20 years. Mr Egger’s broad experience in built form and land development includes exposure to the many facets of development from advising on new township development in Jakarta, Indonesia to working on Wall Street for JP Morgan’s commercial property underwriting division. Mr Egger returned to Perth in 2000 working as a consultant advisor and project manager for both public and private sector clients before establishing the Corona Group of Companies in 2003.

Mr Egger was appointed Managing Director of the Corona Group upon inception and has directly overseen the growth of the company. He continues to manage its various property developments from initial feasibility to end sales.

 

Tony Paduano

Director - Strategic Development

Founding shareholder of the Corona Group of Companies and group non-executive director since its inception.

Mr Paduano has been involved in the town planning and property development industry for more than 18 years. He has extensive experience in all aspects of town planning and urban design within government and private sector positions. Mr Paduano’s areas of expertise include development facilitation and negotiation, statutory and strategic planning and community consultation. 

Mr Paduano has been responsible for negotiating and securing planning and subdivision approvals for all of Corona’s various property investments.
