Mr Egger has been directly involved in the management of property development projects in Australia and abroad for more than 20 years. Mr Egger’s broad experience in property development includes exposure to the many facets of development from advising on new township development in Jakarta, Indonesia to working on Wall Street for JP Morgan’s commercial property underwriting division. Mr Egger returned to Perth in 2000 working as a consultant advisor and project manager for both public and private sector clients before establishing the Corona Group of Companies in 2003.

Mr Paduano has been involved in the town planning and property development industry for more than 17 years. As a qualified town planner, he has extensive experience in all aspects of town planning and urban design both within government and private sector positions. Mr Paduano’s areas of expertise include development facilitation and negotiation, statutory and strategic planning and community consultation. He has been responsible for negotiating and securing planning and subdivision approvals for all of Corona’s various property investments.

Mr Farr has over 35 years experience in corporate banking and financial services. Prior to joining Corona he held senior management positions in the international financial services group, HSBC. This included a lengthy period as State Manager, when he was responsible for establishing and building the banks presence in Western Australia. He is responsible for capital raising and investor relations.

Mr Harrington has over ten years experience as a senior investigator with ASIC, involved in the regulation and enforcement of the financial services laws. He continues to hold senior compliance positions and is experienced in various regulatory regimes. Ms Lange is a FCIS and FCPA with over 20 years experience as a professional Company Secretary with respected Australian listed companies including Woodside Petroleum Ltd and Wesfarmers Limited. Ms Lange provides disciplined management of Corona’s corporate administration and ensures the company operates to the highest standards of governance. Ms Lange also chairs Corona’s compliance committee to ensure adherence to ASIC standards in maintaining an Australian Financial Securities License.

Mr McDowell manages Corona’s corporate accounts and all project accounts and feasibilities. Mr McDowell’s understanding of accounting and specifically taxation ensures that projects are structured appropriately. Mr McDowell is a Fellow of the Tax Institute of Australia and Managing Director of Abbott Business Consultants which is a firm of Accountants, specialising in Small Business Management and Income Tax.

Mr Garbutt has been involved in property development for more than 18 years with particular focus in the area of sales and marketing. In addition to developing his own properties, he has worked as a sales representative for a variety of real estate agencies and as a sales consultant for J-Corp specialising in new homes. Mr Garbutt’s understanding of real estate fundamentals and market requirements has resulted in him winning numerous sales awards including top sales representative in 1998 and 1999.

Mr Tingey has over 20 years experience in real estate and sales, working in both public and private sectors. Mr Tingey’s experience includes acquisitions and subsequent property management of two town sites comprising some 400 properties, sales of vacant and improved lots, sales of new houses. Other experience includes project management of master planning a significant industrial redevelopment, relocation of 400 residential occupants and demolition of properties in readiness for development.
Mr Tingey manages projects for Corona from identification and preliminary due diligence through to development planning and onsite works.
Ms Thompson has over 20 years experience in Office Administration including working for major companies such as Brambles and CSR. Ms Thompson has also managed her own business working closely with CEO’s of large and small companies, providing business administration solutions, formulating procedure manuals, web-site construction, graphic design and assisting with new business start up. Ms Thompson oversees all day to day administration of Corona’s business.
Ms Elliott has just completed her high school studies and is a recent member to the Corona team. Ms Elliott is engaged as Corona’s receptionist and provides administration assistance to all team members.
