The Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale has recently approved a Local Structure Plan which will enable the development of a retirement village on the corner of Briggs and Thomas Roads in Byford.

Located adjacent to a magnificient regional park whilst retaining mature marri trees on site as the central feature of the open space it is envisaged that this development will fill a void of this style of accommodation within the region.
